this month, the EU Cloud Code of Conduct (EU Cloud CoC) General Assembly achieved another milestone: after publishing an updated Code version aligned to GDPR back in May, the cloud providers in the EU Cloud CoC General Assembly continued the work on the Code text by improving provisions and enhancing the governance principles overseeing the Code.
As a result, the new version of the CoC, including robust transparency obligations, was published earlier this month. Here's all you need to know about this, and other, initiatives and projects.
