This month's edition is simply beyond special. SCOPE Europe has become the first accredited monitoring body under the GDPR while the EU Cloud CoC is the first transnational code of conduct to be fully approved by the Belgian Data Protection Authority following the positive opinion of the EDPB. Thus, the EU Cloud CoC is currently the only legally effective transnational code of conduct for cloud services. We are thrilled to share today the recordings of the EU Cloud Compliance Summit, which took place on May 20 and gathered key stakeholders to discuss and celebrate this unique achievement. Our team would like to dedicate this piece to all those who have significantly contributed to this journey. We are proud to work alongside a remarkable group of professionals that together holds unparalleled expertise and we very much look forward to the next chapters.
